Step One: include the applicable Product Data Sheet(s) in your project's document set.

Step Two: concern yourself with other stuff, fences and retaining walls are handled.

Proto II's Product Data Sheets (PDS) contain the entire set of details, specifications, tension rod spacing schedules, and footing schedules for a variety of wall types, heights, and wind forces. For most site conditons, that's all you'll need. Where necessary, custom engineered solutions are available.
